Description
Dili, East Timor. 12 November 1999. A rusty barge at the top of a slipway on the beach in Dili Harbour for maintenance. There is a boat trailer in the foreground and a small amount of debris strewn on the sand around the barge. This area of the beach is used by the International Force for East Timor (Interfet) load and unload troops and supplies.
