Description
Dili, East Timor. 12 November 1999. An unidentified Australian soldier of the International Force for East Timor (Interfet) searching Timorese locals near the 145 Signals Squadron building in section 33 in the Interfet compound. The locals are employed by the 1st Joint Support Unit (1JSU) and are being searched prior to going to work. The Timorese man being searched is holding a USS Peleliu cap and a 4XWD Discovery bag.
