Dili, East Timor. 13 November 1999. Timorese children swimming at the beach in Dili Harbour. The breach in the sea wall on the beach behind where the children are swimming was created by the 3rd Combat Engineering Regiment who blew the hole in the wall so the International Force for East Timor (Interfet) troops could assist the refugees off the boats as they returned from the Enclave.
