Dili, East Timor. 14 November 1999. Private Reid, 5th/7th Battalion (Mechanised), The Royal Australian Regiment (5/7RAR), manning a tented roadblock guarding one of the entrances to the old Dili airfield now used as a heliport by the International Force for East Timor (Interfet). In the background is an M113A1 Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) 41C of 5/7RAR used by the Second in Command.
