Description
A Royal New Zealand Air Force fuel tanker (registration number UG5242), part of the International Force for East Timor (Interfet), pumping fuel at a liquid storage station, probably for water, on a road known as Dog Route in Sukuloro Village. There is an Oxfam (a British aid group) KVA generator on the road in front of the tanker.
