Description
Three RAAF technicians from the 381st Expeditionary Combat Support Squadron (381 ECSS) soldiers, part of the International Force for East Timor (Interfet), erecting a portable Tactical Air Navigation (Tacan) beacon at the Suai airfield. The beacon is one in a network that provides navigator information to military aircraft flying in the area. Left to right: Corporal B. John, Leading Aircraftman J. Arthur and Flight Sergeant D.
