Description
Two unidentified Canadian soldiers, part of the International Force for East Timor (Interfet), manning a sandbagged Canadian Military Police Post, part of the security operations at Suai airfield. The soldier on the right, armede with a M16 assault rifle, is holding open a manual boom gate with his foot. The tents in the background belong to the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), and Canadian and Australian air movements units.
