Balibo, East Timor. 18 November 1999. A view of a Portugese fort used as the headquarters for the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR), part of the International Force for East Timor (Interfet). To the left is the Commanding Officers quarters and the tents along the walls of the fort are used for operations planning. The fort is behind the sandbagged bunker shown in P03184.372.
