Description
Illustrated memoir 'Ken Kell - the early years" written by NX8116 Warrant Officer Kenneth Kell. Kell documents his military training and service with 2/1 Australian Field Regiment in North Africa, Greece, Middle East and New Guinea. The memoir includes photocopies of newspaper articles, poetry and personal service records. Also included in the collection is a short story 'The reluctant guest' by Frank Brewer detailing his experiences in the Greece/Crete campaign.
