The grave of 916 Corporal Walter Henry Blake of the 9th Battalion, who was killed in action on 2 November 1915 at Gallipoli, age 26 years. Corporal Blake embarked for service from Brisbane on board HMAT Omrah on 24 September 1914. Note the service number shown on the grave is 961, which is incorrect.
