Dili, East Timor. 20 December 1999. 112214 Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) C. P. (Col) Watego, Battery Sergeant Major, A Battery, 8th/12th Medium Regiment, part of the International Force for East Timor (Interfet), giving food to a Timorese family in the hills above Dili. A mother is holding the food package in one hand and supporting a bunch of bananas on her head with the other hand, while WO2 Watego feeds the baby in a sling around her shoulders.
