Description
The stern view of an unidentified steamship, possibly in service as a troop carrier. Some personnel can be seen on the deck. The life-boats which have been swung out and hanging on the davits and the ladder hanging from the stern may indicate the emergency procedures are being practised. An accompanying vessel can be seen to the left.
