Studio portrait of 2719 Private Clive Francis Lynch, attached to the 56th Battalion, with his son Norman Phillip Lynch in a sailor suit. His son enlisted in the Second World War and served with the number NX71490 in the 2/2 Battalion. Norman Lynch died of wounds in Papua on 28 November 1942.
