THE 2ND (QUEENSLAND MOUNTED INFANTRY) CONTINGENT JOINED LORD ROBERTS' FIELD FORCE AFTER THEIR ARRIVAL AT MODDER RIVER, SOUTH AFRICA, ON 1900-03-03. THE DONOR'S FATHER, NO 149 PRIVATE CHARLES COOKE, WAS WITH THIS UNIT. ORIGINAL HELD IN SPECIAL PRINT COLLECTION.
