The Damour Suspension Bridge crosses the Faria River at Dumpu below the 18th Brigade area. The bridge which spans 120 feet and measures 6 feet 2 inches between kerbs through its suspension is more effective than a previous construction of beam and trestle which could not withstand the erosion of its western approaches by heavy rain.
