Bodies of two RAAF officers killed in an aircraft accident near Kuchi on 18 March 1946, being brought on board HMIS Sutlej for transportation to the British Commonwealth War Cemetery at Yokohama, Japan. They were: 47460 Flying Officer (FO) Murray Geoffrey Short of Port Augusta, SA and 406042 FO Alan George Pilkington of Kalgoorlie, WA, both members of 82 Squadron RAAF. See also P00727.003
