Bickendorf, Cologne, Germany. 1918-1919. A German armoured aircraft made entirely of metal, with corrugated iron wings, known as the Junkers J.I (Serial 844/17), at the Bickendorf Aerodrome when the 4th Squadron of the Australian Flying Corps was stationed there.
