South Vietnam. June 1971. Portrait of Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) R. B. D. Rutherford, MM. WO2 Rutherford was awarded the Military Medal for bravery while serving as a corporal in Vietnam with the 6th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR) between June 1966 and June 1967. In January 1971 he returned to Vietnam as part of the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam (AATTV).
