Studio portrait of 4144 Private (Pte) Leslie Leach Bradley, 6th Battalion, of Moonee Ponds, Vic. An iron moulder prior to enlistment, Pte Bradley embarked with the 13th Reinforcements on HMAT Demosthenes from Melbourne on 29th December 1915. On 5th May 1916 he was killed in action in France and was buried in the Y Farm Military Cemetery, Bois-Grenier, France.
