Description
QX27581 Private W Trapp (1) and NX168528 Private A G Vardy (2), re-folding a parachute dropped from a Kai bomber aircraft on Ulebilum Ridge, Yamil Sector, New Guinea. The supplies are dispatched by 2/5 Supply Depot Company who handle more than 110 parachutes of food and ammunition per day. After folding, the parachutes are replaced in containers (top left) and returned to Wewak and Aitape for further use.
