Studio portrait of Lieutenant John Stanser Rich, 3rd Kings (Liverpool) Regiment, son of The Honourable Mr Justice George Edward Rich and Elizabeth Steer Rich of Elizabeth Bay Road, Sydney. He was killed in action on 17 May 1915 at Festubert, France and is commemorated on the Le Touret Memorial, France.
