Collection relating to the First World War service of Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Windeyer Ralston, Australian Naval and Military Expeditionary Force (AN&MEF), New Guinea, 1914.

Wallet 1 of 1 - contains 18 loose pages torn from a 1914 diary with hand-written entries outlining Ralston's activities while attached the AN&MEF, dating from 20 August 1914 to 18 December 1914. Also includes one carbon copy of an order for rations from the Supply Stores in Rabaul.
