Linklater, E R (Driver, 3rd Fab)
Description
Collection relating to 26444 Driver Ernest Robert Linklater. Comprises an original permit, dated 29 May 1917, authorising Linklater to drive vehicles in the 2nd Anzac Area. Linklater advised that the permit 'had to be produced in the area of the blowing up of Hill 60". An account of Linklater's return to Australia after the war is held in Private Records collection 3DRL/5098.
