Description
Collection relating to the service of Bandsman Arthur Ross Bramwell Bollard, HMAS Australia. Collection consists of a memoir written by Bandsman Bollard in which he recorded (in diary style) the day to day activities on board HMAS Australia, between 30 July 1914 and 24 September 1914, including the reaction of the crew to the news that war between Britain and Germany had been declared.
