Sloan, Henry Edwin (Corporal, MM and Two Bars, 5th Div Sig, AIF b.1895 - d.1958)
Description
Collection relating to the service of Corporal Henry Sloan of 5th Divisional Signal Company. Collection consists of official documents related to award of the second bar to Military Medal including a letter, a certificate of congratulations and an Army Orders from 11 December 1918. Also included in the collection is a letter from Sloan to his aunt which is dated 9 October 1915, a photocopy of Sloan's discharge certificate and two newspaper clippings relating to Sloan.
