Description

Collection relating to service of Chaplain John Dempsey, 2 Light Horse Regiment. Collection includes a photostat copy of an account of Dempsey's voyage in the Mediterranean in which the SS Arcadian was torpedoed. Dempsey died 13 June 1917 from pneumonia due to injuries received in the sinking of the SS Arcadian on 15 April 1917.
