Description
Group portrait on autographed mount of hospital staff and patients at Mena House Hotel, taken over by No. 2 Australian General Hospital. This print was presented to Lt Col Springthorpe, Officer Commanding. Inscribed "Australasians wounded at the "Dardanelles" on April 25th and 26th 1915, in recognition of his many kindnesses during their stay in hospital."
Signatures include those of Penelope Frater, Nellie Gould, Jean Miles Walker and many others.
