An illustration by a young student at Prey Chhop High School in Kompong Cham Province, drawn in response to a Cambodia wide human rights information campaign undertaken by the Human Rights Component of the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC), designed to coincide with International Human Rights Day on 10 December 1992. Over 10,000 children from every province in Cambodia submitted drawings, many of which were displayed at the offices of UNTAC's Special Prosecutor, and some of which were published by UNTAC in a book entitled 'A Dream For Peace - Human Rights Drawings by Cambodian Children'. Chuon Sam An has labelled his drawing with the words 'This is what Human Rights means to me: Rights to peace, to education, to work in any career for the interest of our people and country and for the happiness of our own families, but, NO WAR!'
