On a street outside Cambodia's National Museum in Phnom Penh, a cyclo (also known as a trishaw) driver dozes in the heat whilst awaiting business as a group of foreigners (possibly non government agency workers) walk down the footpath towards the Museum. Cyclos are restricted to a six kilometre radius around Phnom Penh.
