Description
Members of the British Army, Scottish Division (probably the 2/Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders or the 2/Gordon Highlanders) on parade at the Selarang Barracks in Singapore, before the Japanese occupation. Three companies are present, with the Pipes and Drums at the rear, and are in a Hollow Square formation, usually reserved for receiving important dignitaries or church services.
