Freedom Medalion: Australia Remembers 1945-1995
Description
Round brass medallion. Obverse has an inner circle in which a returned soldier is depicted greeting a woman and two children. The boy is wearing the soldier's slouch hat. The outer circle contains the words 'AUSTRALIA REMEMBERS 1945-1995'. The reverse has an inner circle with the Australian coat of arms and an outer circle with the words 'FREEDOM MEDALLION'.
