Hell for leather
Description
Australian Second World War poster argues for the proper maintenance and use of vehicles in order to save rubber. Positioned at the top of the poster is a stylised graphic of the front wheel of a car. The tyre appears to be groaning and grimacing about the rough treatment it is receiving from the driver. Below moulded along the curve of the tyre is the title with text following in bullet points. A solid block of blue/black ink balances the design at the bottom.
