Description
Collection relating to the International Force East Timor (INTERFET) and United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor (UNTAET) service of 5/7 Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (Mechanised) (5/7RAR), 1999-2000.
Wallets 1 and 2 of 2 - Consist of two scrapbooks of letters, cards and notes sent to Kerry St Clair during the deployment of 5/7RAR on operations in East Timor from 1999 to 2000. The letters thank St Clair and the "5/7RAR (Mech) Pit Crew" for the initiative and forward details of their deployed loved ones for inclusion in the patchwork quilt.
