Lieutenant Colonel Bruxner's charger, 'Old Dad'. The skin of this horse was intended to be stuffed and be an exhibit at the Australian War Memorials' Museum. Note the skin was never stuffed and mounted. Having deteriorated it was disposed of in the 1920s.
