Photographic postcard: Studio portrait of 30105 Gunner (Gnr) Harold George Cope (left), 2nd Division Ammunition Column, Australian Field Artillery; and an unidentified Australian soldier. The writing on the reverse side of the postcard reads, " To my ever true and loving wife, O V Cope. From your ever true and loving hubby, H G Cope". Gnr Cope was killed in action on 21 September 1917, he has no known grave and his name is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial.
