EVANS) AIr Marshal Chief of the Air Staff SEE REVERSE FOR LAND SURVIVAL (SEA SURVIVAL on reverse)'. Handwritten in black ink on the Land Survival side cover is 'LUNN' on the top right side. Both the front and back cover are stained and scuffed.
