Studio portrait of 1014 Trooper Edward Cahill Loughran, 11th Light Horse Regiment, from East Brisbane, Qld. Tpr Loughran enlisted on 26 June 1915. He was wounded on 6 May 1918 in the Jordan Valley, Palestine and died of these wounds, and associated pneumonia, on 25 May 1918 and is buried in Port Said War Memorial Cemetery.
