Description
Studio portrait of 2733 Private (Pte) Arthur Spalding Price, 8th Reinforcements, 8th Battalion, of Collingwood, Vic. Pte Price enlisted on 3 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne abaord HMAT Makarini on 15 September 1915. He was killed in action on 19 July 1916 at Fleurbaix, France, while serving with the 15th Machine Gun Company.
