Captain Peter Power on the observation deck at OP 73, near the village of Majdal Chams (visible in the far background), on the Golan Heights. OP 73 is towards the northern end of the area of separation between territory controlled by Israel and Syria. Captain Power was an Australian observer with Observer Group Golan (Tiberias) (OGG-T), part of the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO).
