Description
Studio portrait of 582 Corporal (Cpl) Phillip Edwin Bartlett Shepherd, 24th, Battalion, of Moonee Ponds, Vic, and previously of Taree, NSW. Cpl Shepherd enlisted on 13 March 1915 and was killed in action on 29 November 1915. His final unit was listed on the First World War Nominal Roll as as a sergeant with the 12th Field Artillery Brigade.
