Paul Raymond Gallagher as a lance corporal, Rifle Section Second-in-command, 8th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, South Vietnam 1969-1970, interviewed by Lieutenant Colonel Gary McKay MC (Rtd).
Description
Deployed as a rifle section 2IC with 8RAR and saw active service in Phuoc Tuy Province for 12 months. Paul was discharged from the Army holding the rank of Lance Corporal on his return to Australia in January 1971.
