Description
The original grave marker, covered in flowers, of 1992 Trooper (Tpr) William Anglesey, 10th Australian Light Horse, of Kalgoorlie, WA, originally from Merewether, NSW. Tpr Anglesey enlisted on 11 November 1915 and embarked from Fremantle aboard HMAT Warilda on 16 February 1916. He died of appendicitis in Egypt on 24 June 1918 aged 23 years.
