The original grave marker, covered in flowers, of 3295 Trooper (Tpr) Henry Walter Godrich, 10th Australian Light Horse, of Gisborne, Vic, originally of Adelaide, SA. Tpr Godrich enlisted on 16 November 1916 and embarked from Fremantle aboard HMAT Port Sydney on 22 May 1917. He died of sickness in Egypt on 11 April 1918 aged 35 years.
