An interior view of the mens' recreation room at the No 3 Australian Casualty Clearing Station. Painted on the wall in background is a single headed eagle which is a Prussian heraldric symbol. Note the small blackboard in the background (centre) reads '13000 miles (19400 kilos) to Griffith Bros for Teas, Coffee and Cocoa'.
