Vignacourt, France. A cemetery showing the graves of Australian soldiers including the grave of 2585 Corporal (Cpl) Ernest Lionel Bailey, Corps Salvage Section (centre). Cpl Bailey was accidentally killed at Vignacourt on 17 May 1918 while collecting battlefield relics for the War Records Section. An informal portrait of Cpl Bailey is held at E01085.
