Description
A Morane Saulnier Type H, the first aeroplane to fly across the Mediterranean sea. This monoplane was piloted by Roland Garros, a French pilot. The same machine was flown up the River Nile from Cairo to Khartoum by Marc Pourpe who was, at one time, in Australia. The machine was housed in Colonel Watt's hangar in Egypt.
