Description
Studio portrait of 3129 Private (Pte) John Percival Conway Hughes (Percival Hughes), 10th Reinforcements, 5th Battalion, of Murrumbeena, Vic. Pte Hughes enlisted on 7 April 1915 and embarked aboard RMS Osterley on 29 September 1915. He was killed in action on 25 July 1916 in Pozieres, France.
