Studio portrait of Trumpeter Norman Joseph Delany, 2nd Battery, Australian Field Artillery. During the First World War, Delany served with the 2nd Brigade, Australian Field Artillery, attaining the rank of Lieutenant; he died of wounds on 19 September 1918.
