Identified left to right (back row): unidentified naval captain; unidentified army officer; unidentified naval lieutenant commander; three unidentified army officers; unidentified naval commander. Front row: unidentified, probably a lady in waiting; His Royal Highness Albert George, the Duke of York, wearing a naval captain's uniform (the Duke served in the Royal Navy during the First World War); Her Royal Highness Elizabeth, Duchess of York; unidentified, possibly a lady in waiting or the wife of one of the officers. The Army officers would have been aides to the Duke.
