Recto: left image: 'Episodes in the life of a stupid fellow; Stealing rides is unsporting and dangerous' depicts a boy walking with crutches who has climbed on the back of a moving truck, taking a risk that has caused him an accident; right image: 'Take a pride in your cycle and enjoy riding' shows a diagram describing the various parts of a bicycle. Verso: left image: 'Out/ Stop; On the field or road, obey the code' depicts a traffic policeman halting traffic and a man ordering people out of the field where a cricket game is taking place; right image: 'They must obey their rules, you must obey the highway code' depicts a set of traffic lights with an image in each light of a serviceman obeying the rules (soldier in a tank, pilot, man in truck).
